Our services involve personalized strategies, expert consulting, and training that require time, effort, and intellectual resources

No Refund Policy

Since our services are based on strategic consulting, customized training, and implementation plans, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

Sales Consulting & Training – As our consulting services involve expert strategies, mentorship, and guidance tailored to your business, once delivered, they cannot be revoked or undone.
Digital Marketing Services – Our team works diligently to provide custom marketing strategies, campaign management, and execution that require upfront planning and implementation. Due to the nature of these services, refunds cannot be granted.
Done-for-You Services – Any service that involves business development, sales funnel creation, or ad campaign execution requires time, labor, and expertise, making it non-refundable.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered under the following rare conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice due to a technical error, we will process a refund for the excess amount upon verification.
Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service (excluding delays caused by the client, lack of cooperation, or external factors beyond our control), we will assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

You have read and understood this No Refund Policy.
You agree that refunds are not applicable due to the nature of the services.
You recognize that consulting and strategy-based services are intellectual property and cannot be undone.
